Two Day In Person Self-Guided Tour
Columbus Day Weekend. Saturday, October 10 and Sunday October 11 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Tickets
- Tickets are $30/per person. Guests 18 and under are free.
- Tickets can be purchased online, via the Parade App or at the first home visited. A ticket is required to enter the homes.
- One ticket is good for all homes, all weekend.
- Tickets will be scanned at every home visited.
- All ticket purchasers will be entered into a drawing for prizes. *must register ticket with your contact info to win.
- Tour guests must follow posted guidelines.
- Tickets are non-refundable.

- Projects feature newly constructed and renovated homes representing premier Lakes Region Builders & Remodelers
- Projects are scattered throughout the Lakes Region - pick and choose which homes to visit or tour all of the homes. Whether you want ideas for your current home, are looking for your next home or just appreciate quality craftsmanship, the Parade has something for everyone.
- Tour each home at your leisure, meet the builders and learn about their companies and unique projects
- Visitors can VOTE for their favorite project and help select the "People's Choice Winner"

Guest Guidelines
Please respect the homes and follow the tour guidelines. Most of the homes featured on the Parade are privately owned and occupied. These homeowners have graciously opened their doors to allow guests to experience the quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design of their homes. We ask that you help us protect these beautiful properties by following all tour guidelines and treating each home with care and respect. Thank you for helping make the Parade of Homes a positive experience for everyone!
- Guests must follow all guidelines when touring homes. Failure to follow may result in forefit of ticket.
- Shoes must be removed (socks required; no bare feet) or use provided shoe covers inside homes.
- No eating, drinking, smoking, or vaping inside homes.
- Restrooms are not available in Parade homes. Please plan accordingly.
- Children must be supervised & be in the same room as guardian at all times.
- Strollers and wet umbrellas must remain outside.
- Do not touch furniture, fixtures, open drawers, cabinets, or personal items.
- Only service animals are permitted, at the builder’s discretion.
- Unless otherwise posted, driveway parking is not permitted.
- Refer to ticket and home profile for additional terms & conditions.
