What is the Lakes Region Parade of Homes?
A 2 Day self guided home tour of beautifully crafted new and remodeled homes scattered all around the Lakes Region. The homes can be toured in person as well as viewed online and via the Parade App. Search "Lakes Region Parade of Homes" in your APP Store.
How often does the parade of homes occur?
The Lakes Region Parade of Homes takes place annual every year over the Columbus Day Weekend. This 2-Day Self-Guided Home Tour is on Saturday, October 12 & Sunday, October 13th this year from 9am-5pm
What will visitors see?
There is no better way to quickly take the pulse of new home design, or to visit so many cutting-edge homes in so little time. It’s a visual feast with both national trends and deeply local flair all on ample display. Autumn in New England is bursting with color over the Columbus Day Weekend, visitors will enjoy the ride, fall foliage, and weaving this 2-day home tour into their holiday weekend of fun! All of the homes can be viewed in person, online and via the Parade App.

Do I need a ticket?
YES. The cost of a ticket is $25/per person. One ticket - Good For All Homes - All Weekend - Start At Any Home. The money collected helps the Lakes Region Builder’s Workforce Development initiative of helping the next generation of building trade professionals. Ticket holders can vote for their favorite home and automatically get entered to win prizes.
