What is the Lakes Region Parade of Homes?

A 3-day self guided home tour of beautifully crafted new and remodeled homes scattered all around the Lakes Region. The homes can be toured in person and viewed online and with the parade “APP”. 

 

How often does the parade of homes occur?

The Lakes Region Parade of Homes takes place annual every year over the Columbus Day Weekend. Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 10-4 daily. More information on each is available through the websites: www.lakesregionparadeofhomes.com

 

What will visitors see?

There is no better way to quickly take the pulse of new home design, or to visit so many cutting-edge homes in so little time.  It’s a visual feast with both national trends and deeply local flair all on ample display. There is something for everyone from the 384 Sq. FT. Student built home to the 8,000 Sq.Ft. Classic Winnipesaukee waterfront home.

 

Interesting Products

Visitors will learn how energy saving features like geo-thermal heating & cooling, radiant heat, back-up propane systems and can significantly increase your warmth and decrease your heating bills. Check out first hand a variety cabinets, fixtures, master baths boasting walk-in shower with granite seats and high performance windows and doors. Security and the smart home are what homeowners want, check out what is trending. If you like granite or quarts countertops, see for yourself on display in some of the homes. This is a home show like no other!

Builder promo videos allow visitors to learn about their companies, passions and specific projects. Lakes Region builders are skilled craftsmen and leaders in their industry.

Do I need a ticket?

YES. The cost of a ticket is $20/per person. One ticket - Good For All Homes - All Weekend - Start At Any Home. The money collected helps the Lakes Region Builder’s Workforce Development initiative of helping the next generation of building trade professionals. Ticket holders can vote for their favorite home and automatically get entered to win prizes.
