CUSTOMIZED MODULAR - Efficient & Beautiful

This is a modular home that was customized to have the look/effects that we were looking for with a raised roof line to allow for a cathedral ceiling in the living room. In addition, we stick built a 4 car garage off of the home and built out a 2,000 sq ft in-law apartment over the garage. The unfinished walk out basement leads out to a sizable yard and hot tub area, while the expansive deck with custom fire pit allows water views and gives that lake-like feel! Many pieces of the house were custom built and we love that fact that the house has a warm, comfortable “homey” feel to it.
