Inside, the home features simple, quality finishes, smart home controls, audio throughout, and high-performing HVAC systems designed for efficiency and indoor air quality. The game room is a major highlight, complete with a simulator and putting green, and built with sound dampening materials to help separate the fun from the surrounding living spaces. Outside, a patio and BBQ area provide a great place to relax, gather, and enjoy the property, all wrapped in durable composite siding and trim. This home showcases how thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship can create a space built for comfort, performance, and enjoyment.
