Built by the Lighthouse team, The Annex is a custom home created as a welcoming guest space with a standout entertainment experience. Inside, the home features simple, quality finishes, smart home controls, audio throughout, and high-performing HVAC systems designed for efficiency and indoor air quality. The game room is a major highlight, complete with a simulator and putting green, and built with sound dampening materials to help separate the fun from the surrounding living spaces. Outside, a patio and BBQ area provide a great place to relax, gather, and enjoy the property, all wrapped in durable composite siding and trim. This home showcases how thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship can create a space built for comfort, performance, and enjoyment.

From I-93, take Exit 23 (Ashland) and follow NH Route 104 East to Meredith, then continue on NH Route 25 East toward Moultonborough, turn right onto Fox Hollow Road, and proceed to the home.
