The Clementine House, nestled in Sandwich, New Hampshire, is a meticulously restored 1918 post-and-beam retreat envisioned by interior designer Debbe Daley.
Transformed from a seasonal cabin into a year-round luxury escape, honoring Clementine’s history and love story from the past, it harmoniously blends rustic charm with modern sophistication. Highlights include handcrafted copper ceiling, sinks and tub, a gourmet Lacanche range, radiant heated stone floors, and custom painted cabinetry. A newly constructed stone-clad entertaining veranda extends the living space outdoors, designed for cozy gatherings and peaceful retreats. Many furnishings and finishes have been sustainably sourced through antiques, vintage finds, and repurposed materials, preserving character while honoring the home’s history.
FROM THE BUILDER:
"As the builder our favorite part of this build are the Marvin Ultimate Bifold doors that we used as windows. They really allow us to open up the wrap around porch. We paid special attention to the original details of the house and had materials replicated to match. This home has lots of history and its own story, so it has been nice to be a part of this home's new story. Working with Jaime & Debbe Daley, who is also an amazing interior designer has been amazing! Not only are they great clients, but they have become great friends as well. Debbe and I have also opened a showroom at 30 Main St in Meredith in hopes that we can bring both of our businesses to clients in the lakes region. With this project being fully collaborative with SKA (architect), Deb Daley Designs and Black Tie Group, we all felt it was a unique project to put in the Parade of Homes."
