Thank you for visiting the 2024 Parade of Homes! The in-person tour is over, but the homes may be visited virtually through March of 2025.

The annual event features newly constructed homes full of the extraordinary. It also showcases the realm of possibilities in the world of remodeling. The homes are set among breathtaking landscapes scattered all around New Hampshire's Lakes Region. Visitors can engage with builders and trade professionals for two days — educating, inspiring & gathering fantastic design ideas.
