Home Information

This is a modular home that was customized to have somewhat of an Adirondack style on the exterior with a modern/rustic interior. The home was designed with a raised roof line to allow for a cathedral ceiling in the living room. In addition, an attached custom 4 car garage was conventionally framed on site to include a 2,000 sq ft in-law apartment above. The unfinished walk out basement leads out to a sizable yard and hot tub area, while the expansive deck above includes a small custom built fire pit with water views and gives that lake-like feel while still maintaining some privacy! Many pieces of the house were custom built offering a warm, comfortable “homey” feel to it.

Directions

Follow Weirs Blvd until you see Four Seasons Condominiums, turn into the Four Seasons Main Entrance (Note the sign for the Association is on the lake side and the driveway is across the road to enter). After entering continue to the top of the road, take a left and then a quick right onto Timber Lane.  The home is the 3rd driveway on the right.
